October’s speaker is Amie Konwinski, founder and CEO of Smart Gen Society (SGS) which is an Omaha-based nonprofit operating to empower smart choices in a digital world. Amie is a military veteran, computer engineer, and mother of five.

SGS is the leading organization in the region aimed at bringing preventative and proactive measures into our communities to offset the negative implications of a society immersed in technologies with a lack of resources and education to safely manage them. You’ll learn what Smart Gen Society is doing to help students and families protect themselves. You will leave empowered to make better digital choices for you, your family and your business.

The Omaha Empowerment Breakfast is a way for small business owners and operators to network with each other and connect with larger businesses and agencies in the community. It is one of Omaha’s premier networking events!
