Trinidad-born, Julliard-trained trumpet player and composer Etienne Charles is coming to Omaha. Raised on family tradition and influenced by Carnival culture, Etienne’s music is often described as infectious, intriguing and funky.
Not even 30, Charles has released 3 studio albums and is considered one of the most exciting young jazz artists. Charles is scheduled to play a show on February 22 at Scott Recital Hall.
